Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cup cream cheese, grainy
- 1 bowl of cress (organic)
- 2 stalks of spring onion(s)
- Salt and pepper, black from the mill
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Place the cream cheese in a small bowl. Finely slice the spring onions and also cut the cress from the bowl. Add both to the cream cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Mix everything well with a fork. It goes wonderfully with crispbread and all other savory baked goods. It’s also delicious for refining tomato sauces with pasta.
