Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 sausages
- 200 g mushrooms
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- 350 ml Cremefine
- 500 ml milk
- cornstarch
- salt and pepper
- Vegetable broth, instant
- Sauce thickener, dark
- 375 g rice

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
doesn’t cost much – but tastes great
Press the sausage meat into small balls. Brown them all over in a pan. Clean and slice the mushrooms, and do the same with the bell peppers. Briefly brown the mushrooms and bell peppers with the balls, then deglaze with milk and Rama Cremefine. Thicken with the sauce thickener, and season with salt, pepper, and instant vegetable stock. Be careful, as the balls are already seasoned. Cook the rice according to the package instructions and serve with the rice.
