  • 250 g sour cream or crème fraîche
  • 10 chocolate kisses
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Stir the quark with the sugar and sour cream until smooth. Remove the wafers from the marshmallows and set aside. Break the marshmallows up with a fork and add them to the quark mixture.
