Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 60 ml oil (olive oil)
  • 60 g fresh basil
  • 120 g peanuts, salted
  • 30 g Parmesan
  • n. B. pepper, black
  • 50 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Puree everything together or crush it in a mortar and pestle. Tastes great with fish, pasta, or as a spread.
