Sausage pan with mustard and cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 400 g meat sausage
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp flour
  • ⅛ liter milk
  • 1 tsp broth
  • 1 tbsp mustard, hot
  • 4 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 sprigs of parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Chop the spring onions. Thinly slice the sausage. Heat oil in a large pan. Brown the sausage, turning occasionally, then remove. Brown the spring onions in the frying fat. Sprinkle with flour and sauté briefly. Deglaze with milk and 1/4 liter of water and bring to a boil. Stir in the broth, mustard, and sour cream, and season to taste. Add the sausage and simmer for 1-2 minutes. Wash and chop the parsley and sprinkle over the top. Serve with farmhouse bread and radishes or mashed potatoes.
