Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup water, hot
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 1 tsp, leveled cinnamon powder
  • ½ lemon(s)
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

very tasty in winter, good for the immune system

Place the bay leaves in a cup. Pour hot water over them and let them steep, covered, for about 5 minutes. Then remove the bay leaves and stir in the cinnamon and honey. Squeeze the lemon and add the juice. Stir, and you’re done.
