Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 5 tbsp milk
- 2 tsp cocoa powder, instant or unsweetened
- 1 tsp cinnamon sugar
- 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder
- 1 cup of coffee, boiled

Combine the cocoa powder (if using “real” cocoa, add more sugar accordingly), cinnamon sugar (or regular sugar, but add more cinnamon accordingly), and cinnamon in a cup, then stir in the milk. This should form a thick slurry. Once the cocoa is lump-free, simply pour over a cup of coffee. If possible, the coffee should be slightly stronger than if you were to drink it black or with just milk and/or sugar.
