Yogie – Tea – Hot Drink

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tsp, heaped tea (Yogie tea blend with ginger)
  • ¼ liter cloudy apple juice
  • ¼ liter grape juice, red
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

a relief for colds – warms from the inside

Add Yogie tea to a pot with 1/2 liter of boiling water. Simmer gently over low heat for 25 minutes. Strain through a sieve and collect the tea in another pot. Mix with juice and honey and heat again. Do not let it boil. Pour into a thermos and drink throughout the day. It’s good for you and will really warm you up.
