Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g raspberries, fresh or frozen
- 400 ml whipped cream
- 4 packets of vanilla sugar
- n. B. chocolate decoration
Instructions

when things need to be done quickly…
Fill the dessert glasses up to half full with raspberries. Set aside one raspberry for decoration in each glass. Whip the cream until stiff, stir in the vanilla sugar, and pipe the vanilla cream onto the raspberries in the dessert glasses, preferably using a piping bag. Garnish the glasses with a raspberry and chocolate decoration or a mint leaf.
