Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 125 g arugula
- 80 g walnuts
- 100 g Parmesan
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 pinch(s) salt and pepper
- 150 ml olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Roast the walnuts for 5 minutes. Then add them to a blender along with the peeled garlic cloves and all other ingredients and blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
