Tagliatelle al Salmone, very simple, vegetarian and quick

Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces, finely dice the onion, mix the crème fraîche with the water, thoroughly squeeze the lime, and flambé the alcohol from the whiskey. Heat the coconut oil in a pan, sauté the onion, and reduce the heat to medium. When the onion cubes have turned translucent, add the salmon pieces and fry for about three minutes, stirring constantly. Now add the lime juice. After about two minutes, pour the crème fraîche and water mixture over the salmon and simmer. Add the whiskey and simmer gently for another five minutes. Meanwhile, cook the tagliatelle according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, season the sauce to your taste, e.g., with dill, pepper, and coriander. After draining the tagliatelle, add it to the pan with the sauce and mix everything thoroughly. Transfer the tagliatelle with the salmon sauce to a suitable bowl, decorate if desired and serve.
