Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 cl brown rum
  • 2 cl eggnog
  • 2 eggs
  • 10 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Whisk the two eggs and sugar in a hot water bath until frothy. Pour the mixture into a preheated grog glass. Heat the rum and eggnog separately and pour into the glass with the egg foam. Serve the finished drink immediately.
