Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 peaches, not too soft
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp pepper berries, pink, pink
- 2 chicken breasts
- Oil, for frying
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Pit the peach and slice it thinly. Drizzle with lemon juice. Sprinkle with pink pepper. Fry the chicken breast in oil and season with salt and pepper. Cut it into thin slices and mix it with the peach slices while still hot.
