Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 tbsp instant coffee powder
- 200 ml water, cold
- 2 tsp sugar
- Milk, to taste
- 1 shot of Metaxa, optional
Instructions
Working time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 3 minutes
Shake instant coffee with water and sugar until frothy (best in a cocktail shaker). Top with milk to taste, and add a dash of Metaxa if desired. Serve with a straw and sugar rim; ideal for caffeine addicts who can’t live without coffee even in the hottest weather.
