Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g chocolate, white or couverture
- 20 sugar pearls (eye decoration)
- 30 sugar pearls, colored
- 10 pretzel sticks
- 5 Confectionery (Chocolate Confectionery)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Melt the chocolate or couverture over a hot water bath. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the melted chocolate onto it, spreading it to a thickness of about 1.5 cm. For the snowmen’s hats, halve the chocolate pieces and place each half, cut-side down, in the chocolate. Place eye beads under the hats and sugar pearls underneath for buttons. For the arms, break the pretzel sticks in half and use them as arms. Refrigerate the chocolate to set.
