Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g chocolate or couverture, white
- Sugar pearls
- Chocolate sticks, white
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Chop the chocolate and melt it over a hot water bath. Arrange the chocolate bars on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Fill a piping bag with the melted chocolate and pipe a Christmas tree shape onto the chocolate bar, starting one-third of the way through. Decorate with sugar pearls as desired and let cool. These chocolate Christmas trees are perfect for cake, brownie, or muffin decorations. Makes 12 pieces.
