Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g milk chocolate or dark chocolate or couverture
  • 10 chocolate lentils, red
  • 20 sugar pearls (eye decoration)
  • 10 salted pretzels (mini pretzels)
  • 20 g granulated sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Melt the chocolate or couverture coating over a hot water bath. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the melted chocolate onto it, spreading it to a thickness of about 1.5 cm. Halve the pretzels and place them in the chocolate to form the antlers. Place the sugar pearl eyes underneath and the red chocolate chips underneath for the noses. Sprinkle the chocolate with sugar and refrigerate to set.
