Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 225 g Skyr, Icelandic thick yogurt
- 2 tbsp, heaped cranberries
- 1 small blood orange(s)
- 2 tbsp almonds roasted without fat
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes
Light dessert
Wash the blood orange. Cut one slice in half for decoration. Peel the rest and cut into pieces. Blend the Icelandic yogurt with the cranberries until smooth and fold in the blood orange pieces. Pour the dessert into glasses and garnish with the blood orange halves and the chopped and toasted almonds.
