Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 jar sour cherries, 720 ml
- 200 g flour
- 125 g butter
- 125 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3 m.-sized eggs
- 1 tbsp milk
- e.g. powdered sugar
- Fat, for the shape
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Preheat the oven to 170-180°C. Lightly grease the cake pan. Drain the cherries. The juice isn’t needed. Mix all ingredients except the cherries with a mixer until a batter is formed. Pour the batter into the pan and spread the cherries on top. Bake for about 50 minutes.
