Summer salad with Chinese cabbage, peppermint and lemon balm

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ head of Chinese cabbage
  • 3 tsp oil (lemon oil)
  • 15 peppermint leaves
  • 10 leaves of lemon balm
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp vinegar (herb vinegar)
  • 1 few stalks of iglo dill

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Finely chop the Chinese cabbage. Chop the herbs and mix with the Chinese cabbage. Mix in the oil, sugar, and vinegar. Let the salad sit for about 1 hour. It tastes great as a dessert.
