Blueberry cup with Amaretto

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 8 m.-sized biscuits (Amarettini)
  • 4 scoops of ice cream (vanilla ice cream)
  • 4 tbsp Amaretto or orange juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes

Lightly caramelize the vanilla sugar. Add the blueberries and let them thaw. Toss the fresh blueberries briefly. Crush 4 amaretti biscuits and pour into glasses, then top each with 1 tablespoon of blueberries. Then top each with 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream and more blueberries. Finally, place 1 amaretti biscuit on top and pour over the amaretto or orange juice.
