Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g quark, cream level
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • ½ bell pepper(s)
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • some chives or cress for garnishing
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

great with bread, with meat, as a dip

Finely chop the bell pepper, onion, and garlic clove, mix with the quark and crème fraîche in a bowl, and season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Serve in a beautiful bowl and sprinkle with some chives or cress. A must-have for any barbecue!
