Meat skewers with the Klarstein hot air fryer

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 3 bell peppers, different colors
  • 2 onions
  • 500 g pork from the boned cutlet or chicken breast, I use half/half
  • Oil, e.g. rapeseed oil
  • BBQ rub (Magic Rub BBQ dry marinade from Achterhof)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cut the peppers, onions, and meat into pieces. Place the meat in a bowl, rub it with oil, and then rub it with Magic Rub. You can, of course, prepare the meat beforehand and let it marinate in the refrigerator—it tastes even better that way. Then, skewer the ingredients in your favorite order, insert them, and then set the Klarstein air fryer to 200 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes and roll. We think this combination is delicious. Of course, you can vary it, make different skewers, or add potatoes, for example, as you like.
