Scrambled eggs with salami and spring onions

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 4 slices of salami
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • Salt
  • Paprika powder
  • some butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

the hearty breakfast egg

Whisk the egg and milk thoroughly in a cup. Finely slice the spring onion. Heat a little butter in a small pan, add the salami slices, and fry briefly. Pour the egg mixture over the top, scatter the spring onion slices, and let the egg set over medium heat. If you like, you can flip the egg briefly and then flip it back again; this will speed up the cooking time. Season with salt and paprika just before cooking. Serve with delicious, hearty farmhouse bread.
