Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can tuna in oil
  • 1 can peas, 400 g content
  • 100 g cooked ham
  • 200 g cream
  • 1 tsp capers
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • e.g. mustard

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel and dice the onion. Fry it in a little oil from the tuna can. Then add the sliced ​​ham and the tuna and fry briefly. Deglaze everything with the cream and simmer with the peas and capers for 5 minutes. Then season the sauce with salt and pepper, and if you like it spicier, with mustard. This goes very well with pasta.
