Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 can tuna in oil
- 1 can peas, 400 g content
- 100 g cooked ham
- 200 g cream
- 1 tsp capers
- 1 small onion(s)
- salt and pepper
- e.g. mustard
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
delicious with pasta
Peel and dice the onion. Fry it in a little oil from the tuna can. Then add the sliced ham and the tuna and fry briefly. Deglaze everything with the cream and simmer with the peas and capers for 5 minutes. Then season the sauce with salt and pepper, and if you like it spicier, with mustard. This goes very well with pasta.
