Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 100 ml sour cream or natural yogurt
- 1 lemon(s), juice
- 1 egg(s), hard-boiled
- 100 g fresh herbs (parsley, chives, dill, tarragon, borage, burnet, lemon balm)
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Ideal for fondue
Mix mayonnaise with cream or yogurt and lemon juice and add a finely chopped egg. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar. Then wash and dry the herbs and stir in the finely chopped herbs. Let them sit in the refrigerator for a while before serving.
