Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 ½ liters of water
- 3 tea bags (rosehip tea)
- 5 leaves of sage, fresh (if dried only 3 – 5)
- 1 lemon(s)
- 2 tbsp honey

Pour the boiling water over the rosehip tea and the finely chopped sage leaves. Strain after 10 minutes. Squeeze the lemon, add the juice and honey, and stir well. It tastes delicious warm, but also makes a wonderful refreshing drink served ice-cold, especially in summer. Sage helps against excessive sweating! It’s also ideal for colds thanks to the sage and the vitamin C from the lemon.
