  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 200 g quark
  • some sugar
  • e.g. applesauce (amount to taste)
  • 1 apple
  • n. B. almond flakes
  • possibly cinnamon powder

Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar and then gently stir in the quark. If it’s not sweet enough, add a little more sugar. Pour about half of the quark and cream mixture into a bowl. Pour the applesauce over the cream and scatter the previously chopped apple over it. Top with the remaining quark and cream mixture. Toast the sliced ​​almonds in a pan and scatter them over the dessert. Tip: If desired, you can also add a little cinnamon.
