Rosemary potato sticks

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g potatoes, waxy
  • 2 tbsp clarified butter
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp rosemary
  • 2 tbsp clarified butter, melted

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash and peel the potatoes, cut them into approximately 5 mm wide slices, and then into thin, long sticks. Pat dry as best you can with a cloth. Brush a baking sheet thickly with clarified butter and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of rosemary sprigs. Spread the potato sticks evenly on the baking sheet, brush with melted clarified butter, and sprinkle with salt and rosemary sprigs again. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180°C.
