Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp apple syrup
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 6 tbsp sunflower oil
  • Salt and pepper from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

goes well with fruity salads or leaf salad

Peel and finely dice the onion. Finely chop the parsley. Combine the apple syrup, apple cider vinegar, and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Mix in the oil. Add the diced onion and parsley and mix well.
