Salad dressing yogurt sauce

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 200 g natural yogurt
  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • 2 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
  • 1 small shallot(s), very finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp chives, very finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper, white
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the natural yogurt with lemon juice and whisk in the oil. Stir in the shallot and chives, season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, and cayenne pepper, and mix well.
