Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 180 g sugar
- 200 ml crème fraîche
- 150 ml rapeseed oil
- 100 ml white wine
- 360 g flour
- 1 bag of baking powder
- 100 g chocolate flakes
- 1 bag(s) flavoring (OrangeBack for 500ml flour)
- Cake icing, dark chocolate (optional)

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
not so sweet
Preheat oven to 180°C fan/convection oven. Blend all ingredients until a smooth batter forms. Pour into a loaf or bundt cake pan and bake in the preheated oven at 180°C for 45 minutes. If desired, cover the still-warm cake with melted dark chocolate (couverture or block chocolate).
