Cut the melon in half so that one half is slightly larger than the other. Hollow out the larger half and cut the flesh into bite-sized pieces, then set aside. Place the hollowed-out melon half on a plate. Cut a mouth about 10cm long and 5-8cm wide into the top (adjust the measurements depending on the size of the melon). Cut a 1cm wide border around the edge of the mouth from the green melon rind and cut sharp teeth into the now white surface. Cut two holes in the top of the melon for the eyes and insert an olive into each one (secure with a toothpick if necessary). Decorate the olive with a dollop of cream cheese. Cut a shark fin from the remaining rind and attach it to the shark’s back with a toothpick. Finally, put the flesh into the shark’s mouth and, if desired, place a few fish-shaped rubber animals in its mouth. When serving, you can place toothpicks or punch skewers on the plate so that guests can easily remove the melon pieces from their mouths.
