Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 ml water
- 45 g seitan flour
- 20 g soy granules
- 1 tbsp paprika powder
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tbsp spiced ketchup
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- some salt
- nutmeg

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Cover the granules with water. Add the seitan powder, paprika, nutritional yeast, ketchup, oil, soy sauce, a pinch of salt, and nutmeg, and knead into a smooth dough. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Shape the dough into a log and wrap it in aluminum foil. Place it on a rack in the middle of the oven for about 35 minutes. Then let it cool and unwrap it. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
