Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 kg potatoes
- 500 g carrot(s)
- 1 ½ liters of water, approx.
- Vegetable broth, granulated
- 1 cup of cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Potato soup with carrots
Peel the potatoes and carrots, cut them into small pieces, and place them in a pot. Add enough water to cover the potatoes and season with broth. Bring to a boil and simmer gently until tender. Then remove some of the potatoes and puree the rest. Return the removed pieces to the soup, pour the cream into the soup, and bring back to a boil. Season with broth and serve.
