Wholemeal breadcrumb porridge with raspberries

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp, levelled sugar
  • 3 tbsp, heaped whole wheat breadcrumbs
  • 2 pieces of butter, small
  • 100 g raspberries, fresh or frozen

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes

Breakfast or snack

Let the warm milk, sugar, butter pieces, and whole-wheat breadcrumbs swell for three minutes. If necessary, hull and wash the raspberries, or thaw them slightly. Ladle the finished breadcrumb mixture into bowls and place the raspberries on top. Serve fresh while still warm.
