Apple and goji berry compote

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g apples
  • 4 tbsp goji berries, fresh or frozen
  • 4 tbsp water
  • n. B. sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash, halve, core, and dice the apples. Remove the stems and wash the goji berries. Steam the fruit in water and, if desired, with a little sugar until the desired firmness is reached.
