Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g sour cream
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp, crushed cinnamon powder
- some vanilla
- 1 large pear(s), approx. 300 g
- 7 spiced speculatius cookies
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
with pear
Combine the sour cream with lemon juice, cinnamon, and vanilla in a bowl and mix. Peel and core the pear, then cut into small cubes and fold into the sour cream. Place 5 speculatius biscuits in a bag and crush them with the heel of your hand. Carefully fold into the pear and sour cream mixture. Pour the speculatius dessert into two attractive glasses and place a speculatius biscuit in each glass. Serve immediately and enjoy.
