Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 tbsp soy yogurt (yogurt alternative), unsweetened, e.g. Alnatura
- 4 tbsp soy cream cuisine, e.g. Provamel
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp salad herbs, dried
- 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
- ½ tsp salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 2 minutes
goes well with lamb’s lettuce, iceberg lettuce and butterhead lettuce
Mix all ingredients together until well blended and pour over the salad. These instructions are for a large plate of salad. I like to eat the dressing with lettuce and iceberg lettuce with cucumber, corn, kidney beans, chickpeas, and carrots. When I tried it, I noticed that Alnatura soy yogurt tastes best with Provamel’s soy cuisine. Alpro Soya will change the flavor slightly.
