Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 onions
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 jar Bockwurst
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 200 g peas, frozen
  • ½ tbsp sugar
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 1 can of tomatoes, chopped
  • 100 g ham, cooked
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • 400 g pasta, macaroni
  • Cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

with macaroni, sausages, cooked ham and vegetables

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Peel and dice the onions, slice the carrots and sausages, and chop the parsley. Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the onions until translucent. Then add the carrots and peas and continue sautéing. Season with sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir in the tomatoes and their juice from the can (if the sauce becomes too thick, add a little vegetable stock). Cook for five to ten minutes. Cut the ham into pieces and add to the sauce along with the sausages and parsley. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Place the drained pasta in a baking dish, pour the sauce over it, and stir in. Grate cheese (amount and type to taste) and sprinkle over the cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes.
