Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 jar mango chutney, approx. 9 tbsp, mild or hot
- 1 handful of coriander leaves, chopped
- 4 spring onions, cut into fine rings
- 2 limes
- 175 g cream cheese
- 250 g Greek yogurt
- ½ tsp curry
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- some Tabasco
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mix everything together to make a dip and stir in the coriander at the end. It goes well with chicken, lamb, grilled meat, and baked or herbed potatoes.
