Mango curry dip

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 jar mango chutney, approx. 9 tbsp, mild or hot
  • 1 handful of coriander leaves, chopped
  • 4 spring onions, cut into fine rings
  • 2 limes
  • 175 g cream cheese
  • 250 g Greek yogurt
  • ½ tsp curry
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  • some Tabasco

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix everything together to make a dip and stir in the coriander at the end. It goes well with chicken, lamb, grilled meat, and baked or herbed potatoes.
