Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 potatoes
- ½ kohlrabi
- 1 carrot(s)
- 5 tbsp corn
- 5 tbsp cheese, grated
- 2 sausages
- 1 egg(s)
- 5 tbsp flour
- salt and pepper
- Oil for frying
- nutmeg
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
with vegetables and cheese
Peel and coarsely grate the potatoes, carrot, and kohlrabi. Mix with the cheese, corn, flour, and egg. Cut the sausages into thin slices (approx. 1/2 cm) and add. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, and paprika. Drop the mixture into a pan with oil, forming rounds (approx. 10 cm in diameter), a tablespoon at a time, and fry for about 5 minutes on each side. Serve with herb curd cheese.
