Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g blackberries (frozen) or other berries
  • 200 g cream
  • 50 g sugar
  • 300 g quark (40%)
  • 125 g biscuits (amarettini)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Fruit dessert

Let the fruit thaw slightly and then puree. Whip the cream and sugar until stiff peaks form and fold into the quark. Crumble the amaretti biscuits. Layer blackberry jam, cream quark, and biscuits alternately in 4 glasses. Since this dessert is quite filling, you can also divide it between 8 glasses. This is also sufficient for a dessert.
