Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 80 g honey
  • 3 tbsp coffee powder, strong black OR:
  • 1 tbsp Turkish coffee, ground +
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder (not instant) and
  • 2 tbsp water
  • ½ tsp vanilla, ground
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 200 g hazelnuts

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

gluten-free + egg-free + dairy-free

Whisk honey with coffee and 2 tablespoons of water. Add cocoa powder (mixed with 2 tablespoons of water), vanilla, and cinnamon. Grind the nuts until finely ground using a food processor or run them through an almond mill twice. Stir thoroughly with the honey mixture. Store the nougat mixture in a screw-top jar.
