Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 80 g honey
- 3 tbsp coffee powder, strong black OR:
- 1 tbsp Turkish coffee, ground +
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 tsp cocoa powder (not instant) and
- 2 tbsp water
- ½ tsp vanilla, ground
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 200 g hazelnuts

gluten-free + egg-free + dairy-free
Whisk honey with coffee and 2 tablespoons of water. Add cocoa powder (mixed with 2 tablespoons of water), vanilla, and cinnamon. Grind the nuts until finely ground using a food processor or run them through an almond mill twice. Stir thoroughly with the honey mixture. Store the nougat mixture in a screw-top jar.
