Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 250 g quark with herbs (herb curd)
- 2 cans of sardines, hot (Nuri)
- 1 large apple, sour
- 1 large onion(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s), green
- 6 cucumber(s) , (pickled gherkins)
- 1 bunch of chives, cut into rolls
- ½ bunch parsley, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper, black
- Cayenne pepper
- Mustard
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 25 minutes
Finely chop the apple, onion, gherkin, and bell pepper. Drain the oil from the sardines and shred them with a fork. Mix everything well with the curd cheese. Add the parsley and chives and season with spices. Let it sit in the refrigerator for half a day.
