Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cup of soy cream fraîche (crème fraîche alternative) or 0.5 cup of yogurt alternative, approx. 150 g
  • 1 pack of cheese substitute (feta alternative), approx. 150 g
  • 5 tbsp water
  • ½ onion(s)
  • n. B. Salt
  • e.g. paprika powder
  • n. B. Caraway

Instructions

Working time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes

Mash the vegan feta with a fork and mix with crème fraîche or yogurt alternative, water, onion, and the spices. Adjust the consistency with water as desired and add spices as desired.
