Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 cup of soy cream fraîche (crème fraîche alternative) or 0.5 cup of yogurt alternative, approx. 150 g
- 1 pack of cheese substitute (feta alternative), approx. 150 g
- 5 tbsp water
- ½ onion(s)
- n. B. Salt
- e.g. paprika powder
- n. B. Caraway
Instructions
Working time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes
Mash the vegan feta with a fork and mix with crème fraîche or yogurt alternative, water, onion, and the spices. Adjust the consistency with water as desired and add spices as desired.
