Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g gnocchi
- 200 g cooked ham
- 2 bell peppers, red and yellow
- 2 spring onions
- 200 g sliced cheese
- 10 cocktail tomatoes
- 2 cups sour cream
- some whipped cream
- salt and pepper
- Salad herbs
- possibly Maggi

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
easy and fast
Cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions. Cut all ingredients into pieces of any size. Blend the sour cream with a little cream until the desired consistency is reached (a little thicker will make it creamier). Season with salt, pepper, the salad herbs, and perhaps a dash of Maggi. Let the gnocchi cool slightly and then combine everything. This can be eaten as a side dish for a barbecue, but can also be eaten as a standalone main course.
